摘要
针对建筑市场出现的不平衡报价,通过分析投标人常用的不平衡报价策略,建立了不平衡报价模型;在此基础上,归纳了投标人常用的不平衡报价的3种类型与模式,进而分析了投标人常用的不平衡报价方法;为识别和防范不平衡报价,提出了简单实用的识别和控制方法———报价范围监控法,并且,给出了防范不平衡报价的对策,为防范不平衡报价提供了有效的保证。
Aecording to disequilibrittm quoted price which appears in the building market of our country, we build up its modal by analyzing the hid tectics; basing on the model, its three categories and modes are concluded, and further more, we analyze their cornmon ways;in order to identify and control disequilihrittm quoted price, a common and available way the way of monitor the price＇ s range is pointed out,and the countermeasures are also put forward,in order to prevent it,an effective guarantee is given.
