摘要
文章分析了业主和承包商在工程量清单计价模式下各自存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的方法。如业主在招标时工程量清单应如何编制;承包商在投标时,应如何分析业主和自身的实际情况,合理运用工程量清单投标技巧,控制造价,在最合理的情况下中标。
The questions occurring in the bill of quantities provided by the owner under the mode of valuation with the bill of quantities as well as the causes are discussed, and the solving measures are introduced. Aiming at the questions occurring in biding and the causes, the corresponding solving methods are presented in detail. The contractor shall analyze the actual conditions of the owner and the enterprise, Use the bidding skills rationally and control the cost of the project, thus winning a bid in a situation that it is rational.
