摘要
目的:给小鼠灌胃不同浓度的蛋清高F值寡肽后,测定小鼠的脏器重量、脏器系数,检验对胸腺、脾、心、肝、肾、肺的影响。方法:选用未成年小鼠80只,分别测定6个脏器重量,计算脏器系数,探究比较相同脏器不同浓度组之间的差异,分析差异的原因以及对机体的影响。结果:与空白组对比,5%蛋清多肽液实验组和5%蛋清高F寡肽液实验组的受试小鼠脾脏脏器系数差异显著(p<0.01),20%蛋清高F寡肽液实验组的受试小鼠胸腺脏器系数差异显著(p<0.01)。结论:与蒸馏水对比,5%蛋清高F寡肽液对小鼠的免疫器官有积极作用,可以提高小鼠的免疫力;10%蛋清高F寡肽液对小鼠肝功能有积极的促进作用;15%蛋清高F寡肽对小鼠的免疫能力有积极的影响。
Objective: By the way ofintragaslric administration to mice with different concentrations of high F value oligopeptide from egg white, the weights and coefficients of heart, liver, kidney, spleen, lung and thymus of mice were measured, respectively. Methods: Eighty immature mice were selected. Their six organ weights were measured respectively, and the organ coefficients were calculated. The difference among identical organ groups with different concentrations of the high F value oligopeptide and the differential reason and influence on organism were analyzed. Results: The differences of spleen coefficients between blank group and 5% high F value oligopeptide and 5% polypeptide experimental group are great (p〈0.01). The differences of thymus coefficients between blank group and 20% polypeptide experimental group are greats (p〈0.01). Conclusions: 5% high F value oligopeptide has positive effect on immune organs and immunity of mice; 10% high F value oligopeptide has positive effect on liver function of mice; 15%high F value oligopeptide has great had positive effect on immunity of mice.
