摘要
利用CO2防治曲虫法相对于传统的治理曲虫方法,不仅能彻底杀灭曲虫,大大减少曲药在库存期的损耗,明显改善库曲的感官质量,还对酿酒有着积极作用。试验结果表明,该法可操作性强,效果明显,具有显著的社会效益、经济效益和环保效益。
Compared with traditional starter insects prevention methods, starter insects prevention by CO2 could completely perish starter insects, greatly reduce the consumption of starter medicine during storage period, evidently improve the sensory quality of stored starter, and had positive effects on liquor-making.
