摘要
为探讨胚蛋注射L-精氨酸和L-鸟氨酸对肉仔鸡早期个体生长发育的影响,试验选用200个孵化18d的艾维茵肉仔鸡活胚蛋,随机分成4个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复10个蛋。处理组Ⅰ不注射任何营养物质作为对照,处理组Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ分别向羊膜腔内无菌注射L-精氨酸(0.5%)、L-鸟氨酸(0.5%)、L-精氨酸+L-鸟氨酸(0.25%+0.25%)营养液1mL。试验结果表明:①与对照组相比,胚蛋注射L-精氨酸、L-鸟氨酸及L-精氨酸+L-鸟氨酸混合物的出壳重与蛋重的比值分别提高了21.52%、14.38%、22.60%,差异达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。与对照组Ⅰ和处理组Ⅱ、Ⅲ相比,处理组Ⅳ肉仔鸡出壳后第3天的体重分别提高了5.35%、6.59%、6.53%,差异极显著(P<0.01),出壳后第7天的体重分别提高了7.94%(P<0.01)、8.60%(P<0.01)、4.88%(P<0.05),处理组Ⅱ和处理组Ⅲ与对照组Ⅰ相比第3天和第7天肉仔鸡的体重均没有显著性提高(P>0.05)。②胚蛋注射L-精氨酸和L-鸟氨酸可以在一定程度上提高肉仔鸡法氏囊和脾脏的重量及指数,其中处理组Ⅳ的法氏囊重与对照组Ⅰ相比提高了27.27%,差异达到了显著水平(P<0.05),但胚蛋注射L-精氨酸和L-鸟氨酸对胸腺的影响不明显(P>0.05)。③胚蛋注射L-精氨酸和L-鸟氨酸可以影响肉仔鸡出壳后第3天、第7天血浆中T3、T4的含量,其中处理组Ⅲ的T3含量与对照组Ⅰ相比提高了26.11%,差异显著(P<0.05)。
For testing the effects of in ovo feeding L-arginine (L-Arg) and L-ornithine (L-Orn) on the early growth,200 Avian broiler eggs of 18-day incubation were divided randomly into 4 treatments with 5 replicates of 10 eggs. The treatment I was non-injected anything as the control,the treatment Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ was injected into the amnion with 1 mL 0.75% physiological saline solutions containing L-Arg (0.5%),L-Orn (0.5%),L-Arg+L-Orn (0.25%+0.25%),respectively. The results showed that, when L-Arg,L-Orn,mixture of L-Arg and L-Orn were injected,the BW relative to egg weight of 18-day incubation were significantly improved by 21.52%,14.38%,22.60% compared with the control (P〈0.01). The BW of 3 days age in treatment IV was significantly increased by 5.35%,6.59%,6.53%(P〈0.01 ),and the BW of 7 days age was enhancd by 7.94%(P〈0.01),8.60%(P〈0.01) ,4.88%(P〈0.05)compared with treatment Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ. There were no significant differences in the BW of 3 or 7 days age among treatment Ⅰ, Ⅱ,Ⅲ (P〉0.05). There were no significant differences in the weight and weight/BW of visceral organ of posthatch chick among all treatments(P〉0.05). In ovo feeding L-Arg,L-Orn,mixture of L-Arg and L-Orn could increase the weight and weight/BW of the early immune organ of posthatch chick to some extent,and had the trend of adding the T3,T4 in plasma of posthateh broiler,Moreover,the T3 in plasma of 3-days-age posthateh broiler of treatment Ⅲ was increased by 26.11% compared with treatment Ⅰ (P〈0.05).
