摘要
采用LMS-2B型二道生理纪录仪,分别记录分析浸于不同温度(20℃、25℃、30℃)任氏液中的牛蛙腓肠肌接受连续电刺激时的单收缩曲线。观察不同温度对接受连续刺激的腓肠肌收缩能力的影响。温度为20℃、25℃、30℃时对牛蛙腓肠肌最大收缩力的影响差异不显著(P>0.05),而对疲劳时间T0.5的影响差异显著(P<0.05)。温度在20~30℃之间变化时,对腓肠肌收缩性能的影响主要是影响其疲劳时间T0.5。
To observe the effects of different temperatures on contractibility of bullfrog's gastrocnemius that is continuously stimulated. The single contraction curves of bullfrog's gastrocnemius stimulated continuously in Ringer solutions of different temperatures have been recorded and analyzed respectively with LMS-2B Model two channel physiology record apparatus. When the temperature is 20℃, 25℃, and 30℃, theirs influences on maximum contractility of Bullfrog's gastrocnemius have no obvious differences (P〉0.05), while influences on fatigue time have obvious differences (P〈0.05). when the temperature changes between 20-30℃, the influences on gastrocnemius' contractility is mainly affect its fatigue time T0.5.
