离子浓度和温度变化对骨骼肌表面肌电变化的影响 被引量:4

Research on Influences of the Changes of Concentrations of Hydrogen ion and Temperature on the Surface EMG of Skeletal Muscle

摘要 钾离子浓度、氢离子浓度和温度是影响表面肌电变化的三大重要外周因素,但是影响的程度还不清楚,通过分别测试记录蟾蜍腓肠肌不同氢离子、钾离子浓度和温度干预下的表面肌电的变化,初步确定这三个外周因素的影响程度,进一步阐明表面肌电变化的外周机理。研究结果显示H+浓度显著增加可以使MF下降,IEMG值增加,K+浓度增加或减少都可以显著地影响表面肌电的变化,是影响表面肌电变化的主要因素,而温度变化对表面肌电影响很小。 It was recognized that concentrations of K^+ , H^+ and temperature are seen as the external factors that influence the surface EMG, however, the extent of influence is not very dear. The changes of the surface EMG of calf muscle of toad under different K^+ , H^+ concentrations and different temperature were tested and recorded. The influences of three external factors were found and the external principles of changes of the surface EMG were indicated. The results of this study indicated the increase of H+ concentration could make MF of EMG decreasing significantly, and make the surface EMG raised. The change of K + concentrations ,either increasing or decreasing, could influence the EMG, and it is a major factor of the surface EMG., while the temperature is a minor factor to the change of the surface EMG.
