应用细胞内记录技术,观察豚鼠消化间期空肠细胞的放电活动。该细胞有两种电活动形式基本电节律和快波。基本电节律波幅5～30mV,历时0.2～0.5s;快波负载于基本电节律,历时仅几个毫秒,波幅可达50～90mV。
Using intercellular recording technic,observe jejunm cell's electric discharge during cavia porcellvs's digestive period. This cell has two electric discharging forms:basal electric rhythm (BER) and rapid wave. The amplitude of BER is 5 - 30mV, lasting 0.2 - 0. 5s ; rapid wave is loaded on BER, lasting only several milliseconds. The amplitude is 50 - 90mV.
