摘要
目的:探讨水合氯醛对蟾蜍离体腓肠肌收缩性的影响。方法:把剥制好的离体腓肠肌标本先浸泡在任氏液中,用BL-410生物技能实验系统记录最适刺激下的单收缩曲线;然后换上不同浓度的水合氯醛浸泡8min,记录单收缩曲线。分别测定单收缩的最大收缩力、收缩速率、舒张速率、抑制率。结果表明,三种不同浓度的水合氯醛对蟾蜍离体腓肠肌的收缩能力均有显著的抑制作用,而且水合氯醛对蟾蜍离体腓肠肌收缩能力的抑制作用具有显著的剂量依赖性,即高浓度水合氯醛的抑制作用最大,中浓度的次之,低浓度的抑制作用最小。
Our research is to study the effects of choral hydrate on the contractility of isolated skeleton muscle in toads. Methods:At first, the isolated toad gastrocnemius sample was immersed in Ringer solution for 10 minutes, the twitch curve was recorded in moderatest stimulation with BL-410 biological siganal recording system; then isolated toad gastrocnemius sample was immersed in chloral hydrate with different concentrations for eight minutes, the twitch curve was recorded in the same method . The results showed that choral hydrate of the three concentrations all inhibited contractibility of isolated toad gastrocnemius obviously. High concentrations chloral hydrate had the largest effect on the contractility of isolated toad gastrocnemius, middle concentrations chloral hydrate had the second effect, however, low concentrations chloral hydrate had the least inhibitory effect on that.
