摘要
目的 :观察不同温度对接受连续刺激的腓肠肌收缩能力的影响。方法 :采用D951生理实验教学系统 ,分别记录分析了置于不同温度 (5、1 0、1 5、2 0、2 5、30、35、40℃ )任氏液中的蟾蜍腓肠肌 (n =64)接受连续电刺激 (850ms、7.5V)时的单收缩曲线。结果 :① 2 5度以前 ,随温度升高 ,肌肉收缩能力增加 ,2 0 - 2 5度时达最高峰 ,以后随温度继续升高 ,收缩能力迅速下降。②随肌肉收缩时间的延长 ,收缩力量呈现上升、平坦、下降三个阶段。其中有 1 7.9%样本中下降阶段呈现前期的陡降和随后的缓降两个时相。③随收缩时间的延长舒张速率与收缩速率之比逐渐降低。结论 :蟾蜍腓肠收缩的最适温度为 2 0 - 2 5度 ;肌肉舒张能力的降低是肌肉疲劳的主要特征之一。提示运动时应防止运动肌过热而导致肌肉疲劳 ;运动训练中应加强肌肉舒张能力的训练。
Objective To observe the effects of different temperatures on contractibility of toad gastrocnemius muscle that is continuously stimulated. Method The single contraction curves of toad gastrocnemius muscles (n=64) stimulated continuously (850ms,7.5V) in Ringer solutions of different temperatures (5,15,20,25,30,35,40℃) have been recorded and analyzed respectively with D95 SUPER LAB SYSTEM. Result ①The contractibility enhanced with the temperature increasing until 25℃,and was optimal for 20-25℃,then,fell sharply as the temperature keeps on increasing more than 25℃.②The muscle contracting force curve took on three stages of ascending and plateau and descending as the time prolongs,and that,the descending stage presented two phases of prophase steep falling and succedent slow falling in 17.9% samples.③The ratio of speeds of contracting and relaxing gradually reduced as the time prolongs.Conclusion The optimal temperature range for toad gastrocnemius muscle contraction is 20-25℃.The main character of muscle fatigue is the reduction of muscle relaxing ability.It is suggested that the temperatures of playing muscles must be controlled during performance so as to put off the muscle fatigue and the muscle relaxing ability training must be reinforced during training.
