摘要
基于Fe(Ⅱ)与2,4,6-三(2′-吡啶基)-1,3,5-三嗪(TPTZ)的络合反应和流动注射分析技术,开发了一种快速、自动测定水中全铁的分析方法。对影响灵敏度的各因素如波长、泵速、TPTZ浓度、缓冲液pH、还原剂种类和浓度、反应盘管长度以及进样量等进行了优化。方法的RSD(n=11)为0.34%,检出限可达22.7μg/L,回收率在96.7%-107.5%之间,测定速度为60样/h。可用于自来水、池塘水、矿泉水中全铁的测定。
A newly automatic analytical method tor determining ppb-level iron has been proposed basea on now injection analysis technology and the reaction of Fe( Ⅱ ) and TPTZ. Beside that, the wavelength, revolution speed of the peristaltic pump, the length of the reaction coils, acidity and concentration of the reagents, sampling volume and type of reducing reagent have been optimized under given experimental conditions. The determination limit of the approach is 22.7 μg/L, relative standard deviation (n = 11) is 0.34%, and the recoveries are between 96.7% and 107.5%. The proposed method can be used for the determination of trace iron in river water, pond water and tap water, and the results are satisfactory.
