摘要
采用全自动分立式分析仪,测定自来水厂出厂水中的铁离子,铁含量在0~1.5 mg/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.999 8;加标回收率在99.94%±1.6%之间;检出限为0.006 mg/L;精密度(n=10)的RSD为0.35%,并与原子吸收分光光度法进行结果对比.结果表明,2种方法并无明显差异,全自动分析检测方法在水质监测方面具有快速、灵敏、经济、可靠等优点,仪器稳定性较好,对水样中Fe含量低于1.5 mg/L的水样能够准确检测.
The automatic discrete biochemical analyzer was used to measure the iron ion in the water from water supply factory.When the iron content was 0~1.5 mg/L,the linear was good and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.The recovery of standard addition was 99.94%±1.6%,the detection limit was 0.006 mg/L,and RSD of the precision(n=10) was 0.35%.The results above were compared with the results of atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two methods.The automatic analysis and detection method in monitoring water quality was rapid,sensitive,economic and reliable.Furthermore,the instrument stability was better and water samples in which Fe content was lower than 1.5 mg/L could be accurately detected.
