摘要
研究在酸性介质中及活化剂氨三乙酸存在条件下 ,锰 (II)对高碘酸钾氧化酸性品红褪色的反应具有显著的催化作用 ,利用此性质 ,建立了测定痕量锰 (II)的新体系 .确定了反应条件及共存离子的影响 ,方法的灵敏度为 5.2 4× 1 0 - 11g Mn/ m L,锰 (II)的浓度在 0 .2 0~ 1 9.9ng/ m L范围内 ,ΔA与 Mn(II)含量呈良好的线性关系 .该法用于池塘水及面粉中锰的测定 ,获得了满意的结果 .
The decolourizing reaction of potassium periodate with fuchsine in HAc-NaAc solution can be catalyzed by managenese(II) in the presence of nitrilotriacetic acid. The optimum condition for the catalytic decolourizing reaction was investigated. A linear range is obtained from 0.20 to 19.9 ng/mL of Mn(II), and the minimum detactable concetration of Mn(II) is 5.24×10~ -11 g/mL. This method is satisfactorily applied to the determination of Mn(II) in nature water and flour.
