摘要
本文研究了在稀硫酸介质中铁催化过氧化氢氧化胭脂红的褪色反应及其动力学条件,测定了反应级数和表现活化能,建立了测定痕量铁的新方法。该方法的检出限为0.25ng/mLFe,线性范围为0~0.4μg/25mLFe,方法简便、快速、灵敏度高。应用于水及食品中痕量铁的测定,结果满意。
he decolouring oxidation of ponceau 4Rby hydrogen peroxide in sulfuric acid mediumusing iron as catalyst was investigated in thispaper.The reaction stage number and the ap-parent activation energy have been deter-mined.Anew method for the determination ofFe has been set up.The limit of detection is 0.25μg/mL of Fe and the linear range is 0~O.4μg/25mL of Fe. The method has beenused to determine trace Fe in water and foodwith satisfactory results.
