摘要
分析了医疗服务质量满意度调查结果和医疗纠纷的产生原因,认为医患沟通是影响患者满意度的关键因素。目前医患沟通教育存在目标不明确、课程不系统、方法陈旧落后等不足。提出了改进建议:一是更新教育理念,调整培养目标;二是构建系统课程,扩大教育范围;三是改善教学方法,注重实际效果。
We analyzed the patient questionnaire data on quality of medical service and causes of medical disputes, and found that the quality of physician - patient communication was a crucial influencing factor to patients'satisfaction with the medical service. Poor doctor - patient communication might result from the currently nation - wide ineffective medical education at teaching doctor - patient communication, for example, lack of clear objectives, insufficient curriculum, and obsolete teaching methods. The main suggestions included reform of medical education concept to adjust teaching objectives, incorporation of doctor - patient communication in medical curriculum to expand teaching scope, improvement of teaching methods to emphasize practical effects.
