摘要
根据沟通过程模型,分别从信息发出者和接受者、编码译码的一致性、系统噪音等沟通环节分析了医患沟通过程存在的障碍因素,并提出对医学生进行人文和职业精神教育、加强医生医患沟通能力的培训和考核、消除医患沟通中系统噪音等改善医患沟通的措施建议。
According to the communication process model, barriers to doctor-patient communication were analyzed in terms of information sender and receiver, consistency between encoding and decoding, and system noise, to edu- cate medical students in the humanities and professionalism, to strengthen the training in doctor-patient communication skill and eliminate the system noise in communication process, and to improve communication between doctors and patients.
