摘要
对DNS法测定甘蔗茎秆总糖和还原糖的影响因素进行了比较研究。确定了最佳检测条件:检测波长510nm,显色剂用量0.8mL,显色时间7min,显色液放置时间20min以上,能够获得好的检测结果。
The conditions to test the reducing sugar and water-soluble total sugar content in sugarcane stalk with DNS method was compared and discussed. The optimal testing wavelength, chromogcnic dosage, coloring time and placing time of chromogen were decided to be 510nm, 0.8 mL, 7 min and 20 min respectively. The positiveresult was achieved according to the optimal conditions,
