摘要
研究了还原糖对 3,5 二硝基水杨酸的还原产物的吸收光谱。结果表明 ,还原产物对波长 4 74nm的光有最大吸收。找出了显色剂的最佳用量 ,作了标准曲线 ,同时对 3个烟样进行了测定 ,并与经典方法的测定结果比较 ,相对误差为 2 %～ 5%
The absorption spectrum of 3,5 dinitrosalicylic acid reducing product with reducing sugar has been studied.The result shows a maximum absorption at 474 nm,and gives the best suitable amount of the color reagent and the standard curve.When three tobacco samples are determined,the relative errors of the results obtained by this method related to those obtained by the classical method are in the range of 2% 5%
