环保型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂的合成及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以聚乙二醇(PEG,Mw=1000)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)和二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为主要原料制备了一系列环保型水性聚氨酯胶粘剂。讨论了合成条件、DMPA用量、N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)和三乙醇胺(TELA)对水性聚氨酯乳液及其胶膜性能的影响。实验结果表明:预聚反应温度为60~75℃,反应时间为4~5h,DMPA含量在3.8~7.6mg/kg可获得比较稳定的乳液。随着DMPA含量的增加,胶膜吸水率升高,乳液黏度增大,剥离强度先增加后略有下降。当DMPA含量为5.7mg/kg时,剥离强度达到最大值,乳液性能最佳。另外,NMP和TELA对乳液和胶膜性能有提高作用。 A series of environmentally-friendly waterborne polyurethane (WPU) adhesives were synthesized by polyethylene glycol (PEG, Mw=1000), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), 1,4-butanediol (BDO), and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as primary materials. The influence of synthesis condition, DMPA content, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and triethanola mine (TELA) on the performance of waterborne polyurethane emulsions and films were discussed. The results show that the optimal reaction conditions of preparing prepolymer polyurethane dispersions were under 60-75 ℃ for 4-5 hours, the emulsions were stable with the content of DMPA between 3.8 mg/kg and 7.6 mg/kg As the DMPA content increased, the water absorption of films and viscosity of emulsions increased, but peel strength up to the optimum point and then declined slightly. The optimal performance of WPU adhesive can be obtained when the content of DMPA was 5.7 mg/kg In addition, NMP and triethanola mine(TELA) made also certain contributions to the performances of WPU adhesives.
