摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TD I),耐低温聚醚二醇和二羟甲基丙酸(DM PA)为主要原料,制得不含或含少量有机溶剂的单组分水性聚氨酯乳液。探讨了预聚体的合成工艺路线,研究了NCO/OH比例、DM PA含量等对水性聚氨酯乳液性能的影响。结果表明,当NCO/OH=2.5,DM PA=5%时,乳液性能最佳。
Water-borne polyurethane emulsion was prepared from Polyether polyol, toluene dissocynate (TDI),2,2-dimethyopropionic acid(DMPA)and so on. The influences of nNCO/nOH(R value)and the amount of DMPA on the mechanical properties of polyurethane emulsion were studied. The results show that the performances of emulsion is optimum when R value is 2.5 and the amount of DMPA is 5%.
