摘要
综述了国内外多种羧酸型乳化剂的制备方法,讨论了各种乳化剂对阴离子水性聚氨酯的合成工艺、引入离子基团的中和方式、中和度、亲水基团含量、扩链反应温度及乳化温度对乳液性能的影响。
The preparation method of many kinds of carboxylic acid type emulsifier was summarized. Synthetic craft of the anion aqueous polyurethane and various emulsifier, neutralization way introducing ion group, neutralization degree, eontent of hydrophilic group, react temperature of expand chain and emulsification temperature were also reviewed.
