摘要
综述了国内外多种羧酸型乳化剂的制备方法,以及乳化剂对阴离子水性聚氨酯的合成工艺、引入离子基团的中和方式、中和度、亲水基团含量、扩链反应的温度及乳化温度对乳液性能的影响。
The preparation method of many kinds of carboxylic acid type emulsifier of the domestic and international was summarized. Synthetic craft to the anion aqueous polyurethane dispersions of various kinds of emulsifier, neutralization way to introduce ion group, neutralization degree, content of hydrophilic group, react temperature of expand chain and emulsification temperature impact on properties of the dispersions was summarized, too.
