Application of Waterborne Polyurethane Hyperfine Fiber Synthetic Leather in Shoe Making Technology

摘要 论文建立了一套水性聚氨酯超细纤维合成革帮面材料/橡胶鞋底/水性胶水制鞋帮底粘合工艺流程,再通过正交试验进一步优化该工艺的各项参数,最后得到最佳工艺条件。所建立的粘合工艺和常见的合成革帮面/橡胶鞋底/溶剂型胶水粘合工艺比较,所用材料更为安全、环保,对生产线要求不高,其产品的帮底粘合强度符合国家标准要求。工艺的制定方法和工艺本身均可以为制鞋厂所借鉴。 A waterborne polyurethane hyperfine fiber synthetic leather upper material/ rubber sole/water-based glue bonding process was formulated. The technical parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiment and the optimum operation conditions were determined. Compared with common synthetic leather upper material/rubber sole/solvent-based glue bonding process, this bonding process used more safe and environment-friendly materials and had lower requirements to production lines. The upper sole adhesion of products is standard-compliant .The technology and its optimum method can provide the experiences to shoe-making factories.
