摘要
以甲酯化大豆油脱臭馏出物经离子交换吸附维生素E后得到富含甾醇的过柱液为原料,以甲醇为提取溶剂,采用冷却结晶的方法分离粗甾醇,然后以丙酮为溶剂对粗甾醇进行重结晶。通过单因素和正交试验确定最佳结晶工艺条件为:结晶时间18 h,结晶温度0℃,原料与甲醇比1∶2(m/V)。在此条件下甾醇纯度为83.74%,再用丙酮重结晶得到甾醇产品纯度为92.87%,收率为60.14%。
The unadsorbed solution riched phytosterol which was obtained after the extraction of vitamin E by ion exchange from the methyl esters of soybean oil deodorizer distillate, was mixed with methanol, and then was crystallized to obtain crude phytosterol. The crude phytosterol was washed by hexane, followed by recrystallization using acetone as solvent. The optimum crystallization conditions were determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments as follows : time 18 h, temperature 0 ℃, ratio of raw material mass to methanol volume 1 : 2. Under the optimum conditions the crude phytosterol with 83.74% purity was attained. The crude phytosterol was recrystallized by acetone to gain the finished product with 92. 87% purity, and the recovery rate was 60.14%.
