摘要
介绍了实验室用溶液结晶法合成五水偏硅酸钠的研制过程，讨论了结晶溶液浓度、温度、晶种及结晶时间等对产品质量的影响。对中试生产工艺及经济分析也作了介绍。
The laboratorial investigation and preparation of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate(Na_2SiO_3·5H_2O)synthesis by solution crystalization method are introduced. The effects of solution concentration, temperature, crystal seeds and crystalline time on product quality are discussed. The pilot production process and its economical analysis are also introduced.
