PHYTOSTEROL AND ITS APPLICATION IN FOOD

摘要 概述了植物甾醇的结构、来源、生理功能及国外产品开发情况,指出了植物甾醇的主要生理功能是降低胆固醇。 The chemical structures, origins, physiological function and products in abroad. A main role of phytosterol is lowering cholesterol level, so phytosterol is quickly developed in food industries.
