摘要
高职院校实行学业导师制还面临一些不可避免的问题,应根据学校实际情况选择不同的管理模式,恰当地运用全程制导师制管理模式和交叉式导师制管理模式,最终实现学业导师制管理的价值。
We are still facing some inevitable problems in carrying out academic tutorial system in vocational colleges. We should choose different management styles, namely appropriately use the full tutorial system and cross - tutorial system to manage according to the actual situation. In this way, we can ultimately realize the value of academic tutorial system management.
