摘要
针对高职高专院校的特点,阐述了实行学业导师制的必要性和重要性,同时在总结承德石油高专石油工程系成功实行学业导师制实践的基础上,提出了加强学业导师制的一系列具有广泛适应性的重要措施。
Aiming at the characteristic of vocational colleges, the necessity and importance to carry out the school work tutorial system is accounted for. And on the basis of the successful practice of the Department of Petroleum Engineering in Chengde Petroleum College, a series of adaptive measures is brought forward to strengthen the school work tutorial system.
