摘要
从高职教育的发展现状着眼,对在高职院校中推行导师制的做法进行了初步的探讨。在阐述高职高专院校推行导师制重要意义的基础上,以文秘专业为例论证了实施导师制的实践措施与初步成效。
With a view to the present development of higher vocational eduation, in the first place, this essay probes into the significance of practising the tutorial system in some vocational colleges. And then, based on the analysis of the tutorial system in the Secretarial School of Ningbo City College of Vocational Technology, the essay puts forward some practical proposals for future implementation of the system.
