摘要
高职教育是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高等技术应用型人才的教育,高职院校实行的导师制与普通高校实行的导师制有明显的不同,它是一种以突出培养学生“技术应用能力”和满足学生个性发展为根本目的的“导师制”。本文立足实际,对番禺职业技术学院导师制实施过程中遇到的问题进行分析,并针对高职院校实施导师制中存在的问题,提出了建议。
The goal of the higher vocational college is to cultivate students with innovation spirits and practical abilities, which makes the tutor system in the higher vocational colleges different from that in the universities. The author puts forward some proposals for the tutor system based on the analysis of the implementation of the tutor system in the Panyu polytechnic.
