摘要
目的通过该研究确证彝族传统草药——海枫藤中是否含具有强心作用的活性成分,并初步了解该活性成分的存在部位及药效。方法运用大鼠心肌Na+,K+-ATP酶活力测定方法检测海枫藤提取物中是否具有强心类物质。结果海枫藤茎、叶中均含有抑制Na+,K+-ATP酶活力的物质;茎提取物的抑制效果明显优于其它,且其强心活性与剂量呈正相关;同强心苷类物质地高辛比较,海枫藤茎水提取物与地高辛对心肌Na+,K+-ATP酶活力的抑制作用无显著性差异。结论海枫藤提取物中具有类似于强心苷的活性成分存在,该活性物质主要存在于茎中,且茎的水提取物中含有的强心成分与地高辛的强心作用相近。
Objective To study the effect of the extracts from Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P. T. Li on Na^+,K^+-ATPase activity and to affirm some cardiotonic materials in the plant. Methods The extracts were separated from stems, fruits and leaves of Marsdenia officinalis Na^+,K^+-ATPase activity of SD rat heart sarcolemma was determined. Results The extracts from stems and leaves of Marsdenia officinalis could inhibit the activity of Na^+,K^+-ATPase, and the extract from the stems had a stronger inhibition to the activity of the Na^+,K^+-ATPase than the others, and showed a dose - dependent manner. At the same time, the hydro -extraction from stems had no significant difference with Desacetyllanatoside in inhibiting activity of the Na^+,K^+-ATPase. Conclusion There are active ingredients in the extract of Marsdenia officinali which is similar to cardiac glycoside. These ingredients exists mainly in stems. The cardiotonic function of hydro-extraction from stems is the same as Desacetyllanatoside.
