摘要
对照哇巴因观察糖芥强心苷Ｇ对大鼠心肌ＡＴＰ 酶活性的影响。结果表明糖芥苷Ｇ体外 显著抑制心肌Ｎａ~＋，Ｋ~＋－ＡＴＰ酶，并呈浓度依赖性。而ＡＴＰ对糖芥苷Ｇ的作用几无影响。
The mechanism of inhibition of Na^+, K^+-ATPase by cheiranthoside G was studied. Characteristics of its inhibitory action of Na^+, K^+-ATPase were compared with those of ouahain. Results indicated that cheiranthoside G was a noncompetitive inhibitor with respect to Na+,K+, and the effect was dose dependent. ATP was without effect on Na+, K+-ATPase inhibition by cheiranthoside G'
