摘要
本研究采用大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,观察灯盏花素对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果表明,灯盏花素能不同程度地降低脑含水量和MDA含量,提高SOD、CAT和GSH-Px活性,保护Na+,K+-ATP酶活性。提示灯盏花素可通过保护脑组织抗氧化酶的活性,抑制脂质过氧化反应,减轻自由基对脑组织的损害对缺血再灌注脑组织的保护作用。
The effects of Breviscapine,a active ingredient isolated from Erigeron breviscapus (Vant) Hand. mazz, on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats were investigated. To certain extent in the brain,breviscapine decreased the contents of water and malondialdehyde (MDA), elevated the activities of superoxide dismutase ( SOD ), as well as glutathione peroxidase ( GSH Px ) and catalase ( CAT ) , and suspressed the reduction of Na +,K + ATPase activity. It is suggested that breviscapine can protect against cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury by enhancing the activity of anti oxidative enzymes, inhibiting lipid peroxidation subsequently and attenuating free radicals mediated brain damage.
