摘要
目的:研究利用微波辅助提取荷叶中多酚类化合物的最佳条件。方法:考察微波作用时间、微波功率、料液比及乙醇体积分数等因素对荷叶多酚提取率的影响,并在单因素实验的基础上进行正交实验。结果:最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数20%、微波作用时间150s、料液比为1∶60、微波功率为300W。
Objective: The optimal condition of polyphenol extraction from lotus leaf by microwave was studied. Methods: The effects of single fectors, such as microwave treation time, microwave power, ratio of raw materials to liquid, percent of ethanol volume was investigated. Results: The best technical conditions for polyphenol extraction was obtained through orthogonal experiments as follows: ratio of raw materials and solution of 1:60, microwave power as 300 W, 20% alcohol and extraction period of 150 s.
