微波辅助提取马铃薯多酚的工艺 被引量:3

The Process of Microwave-Assisted Extraction of Potato Polyphenols

摘要 以马铃薯为原料,通过比较有机溶剂浸提法、微波辅助提取法、超声波提取法、水提法4种方法发现,微波辅助提取法的效率较高。并考察提取时间、料液比、乙醇体积分数等因素对提取效果的影响,运用正交试验优化其提取工艺。结果表明,微波辅助法提取马铃薯中多酚类物质的最佳工艺为料液比1︰15 (g/mL)、乙醇体积分数70%、提取时间60 s、微波功率400 W。此条件下提取的马铃薯多酚得率达2.587 mg/g。 Taking the potato as a raw material,compared to the organic solvent extraction method,the ultrasonic extraction method and the water extraction method,the efficiency of the microwave assisted extracting was higher.And the influence of the extraction time,liquid ratio and ethanol concentration on the extraction efect was studied,using the orthogonal test to optimize the extraction process.The results showed that the best process for extracting polyphenols in potato by microwave assistance method was 1︰15(g/mL) solid-liquid ratio,70% ethanol concentration,60 s extraction time,and 400 W microwave power.The yield of potato polyphenols extracted under this condition reached 2.587 mg/g.
