利用玫瑰茄细胞悬浮培养技术生产花色苷的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 玫瑰茄细胞悬浮培养过程中,细胞生长曲线呈“S”型。花色苷于细胞生长缓慢时大量形成,细胞中花色苷的最高含量为原植株的2.5倍。其生成模式为非生长偶联型。同时研究了悬浮培养过程中细胞形态、可溶性糖含量以及pH值变化的规律,可作为反应器大规模培养的依据。 In Hibiscus sabdariffa L.cell suspension culture,the cell growth curve was a type of “S”.Anthocynin formed rapidly when the growth of cells was slowly.The highest content of anthocyanin was 2.5 fold of the Hibiscus sabdariffa L.palnt.The anthocaynin production mode was non growth related.The morphology of cells,soluble sugar content and pH values of medium were also studied,which could be the reference of large scale culture of Hibiscus sabdariffa L.cells in reactor.
