摘要
文章对高等医学院校教师教学质量评估的指导思想、形式、评估内容及指标体系、评估结果处理等四个方面作了对比分析 ,归纳出当前评估工作在指标组成、信度及作用等三个方面存在的问题 ,对如何改进评估 ,从评估内容、评估方式及评估手段等方面作了探索。
An analysis of present situations was given about the teachers' assessment on guiding principles,organization,contents and results by comparison between home and abroad. Then the problems were pointed out on assessment targets,reliability and effects. Finally,reform was put forward in contents,organization and methods.
