摘要
2007年以来,北京大学医学部对发展性教学督导工作的内容、方法进行了探索性研究和实践,督导专家们通过系统性听课、学生访谈、教学检查、专题调研、参加师资培训及全程参与教学改革等活动,全方位、多视角了解教学中存在的问题,以导为主,持续反复与教师进行平等沟通交流,有效地促进了教师教学发展、学科建设及医学部教育教学一体化教学改革的顺利进行。
In the last four years, the teachers of Peking University Heahh Science Center research the content and methods of developing teaching supervision. In the practice, through the lectures, interviewing students, checking teaching files, and the special investigation, the experts find the teaching problems thoroughly. And through the repeated equally guiding, the experts help teachers to improve their teaching level, and improve the discipline' s construction, and promote the medical education reform smoothly.
