摘要
本文着重探讨教师评价中 ,关于学生对教师的教学情况是否有评价资格、评价指标系统中的因果关系指标和重叠关系指标、定量评价方法与定性评价方法、奖惩性教师评价模式与发展性教师评价模式在教师评价中的地位等问题。
This article presents a discussion of students' e l igibility for teacher evaluation, the cause-effect relationship and overlapping relationship in the evaluation criteria, methods for quantitative and qualitati ve evaluations, the role of evaluation for awards and penalties and the role of developmental evaluation respectively.
