摘要
以引进大功率交流传动电力机车、内燃机车为对象,对引进机车转向架的橡胶弹性元件进行了开发,对典型橡胶弹性元件的结构和性能进行了分析和研究,认为对橡胶弹性元件进行变频、变载荷分阶段的地面型式试验,对其运用可靠性的评价才更科学,更能符合实际使用的要求;大量采用欧洲标准等国际标准,既可以提高国内机车车辆转向架橡胶弹性元件的质量,又可以提高国内橡胶弹性元件的研发水平。
Focusing on the introduced high power AC drive electric and diesel locomotive, research and development is done to the elastomeric rubber parts of the bogies. Analysis and research are made to the structures and performances of typical elastomeric rubber parts. It is considered more scientific the reliability evaluation with ground type tests at different steps with variant frequencies and loads done to the elastomeric rubber parts, which is also conformant to the requirements of practical applications. The wide application of international standards, such as European standards, could improve not only the quality of the elastomeric rubber parts for domestic locomotives and rolling stocks, but also the R & D level of domestic elastomeric rubber parts.
