摘要
介绍了不同类型橡胶金属关节产品的结构特点及相关的生产工艺,根据机车的应用工况优选了一种压装结构,利用有限元分析软件对该结构产品进行了分析,并将分析结果和试验结果进行比较,验证了有限元分析的可行性及正确性,确定了产品设计流程及结构。
Structural characteristics of the different types of rubber bushing and its relevant productive technology were introduced.According to the working conditions of locomotive to select a perfect pressing structure which stiffness was analyzed by using FEA software.It's shown that the method is quite feasible and correct by contrasting to the results of analysis and experiment.At the same time,design process and structure are determined.
