摘要
用实验与分析相结合的方法,对圆筒型橡胶球铰预压量与产品各向刚度的关系进行了对比研究,并分析了预压量对产品疲劳寿命的影响。结果表明,适量的周向预压量既能有效满足球铰各向刚度的匹配关系,又能显著提高球铰的疲劳性能,是产品设计的关键要素。
The correlation between pre-compression and stiffness of cylinder profile rubber bushing was studied through combination of practical analysis and theoretic analysis,the influence of pre-compression on the fatigue life of the bushings was tested and analyzed. The results showed that the precompression could not only improve the matching of different directional stiffness, but also optimize the fatigue properties of bushings,therefore the pre-compression was the key element for product design.
