摘要
以新制造的大功率交流传动电力机车、内燃机车、高速动车组为对象,对新型机车、动车组转向架的橡胶弹性元件进行了开发和研制,对典型橡胶弹性元件的结构和性能进行了分析和研究。通过对新型机车、动车组转向架橡胶弹性元件的开发,我们得到许多启发:(1)对橡胶弹性元件进行变频、变载荷分阶段的地面型式试验,对其运用可靠性的评价才更科学,更能符合实际使用的要求;(2)大量采用欧洲、美国、日本等国际标准,既可以提高国内机车车辆转向架橡胶弹性元件的质量,又可以提高国内橡胶弹性元件的研发水平。
Based on the highly powered AC driving electric locomotive and diesel locomotive, and high speed EMU, which is being introduced from developed countries into China railway industry, this paper is to show the experience in the application of these elastomeric rubber components on the bogies of all those vehicles, and introduction on several typical designs in detail on both structure and performance.
The sum- up includes:
(1) The way to validate the rehability of these rubber components is more scientific, and meet demand to the real operation better than before, basing on the ground type test applied periodically frequency conversion and load changing.
(2) Widely applying European Standards, American Standards and Japanese Standards to improve not only the quality level of the elastomeric rubber components for railway vehicles, but also the R&D level on those parts in China.
