摘要
拉延成形是覆盖件制造的关键工序,拉延件的质量将直接影响零件后续工序的制造质量。文章以复杂覆盖件的拉延过程为对象,采用成形模拟和实际测试的方法研究复杂零件的变形过程。完成了该覆盖件的拉延工艺成形模拟,测量了试模时该覆盖件的拉延工序件的边缘进料量和厚度,并与模拟结果进行了比较。对模拟结果的可靠性进行了讨论,并分析了拉延件成形过程中的缺陷以及解决方法。其研究结果对模具的试模过程更具指导性,为分析软件的进一步应用提供了可靠的支持。
Drawing forming is the key process in manufacture of the car body panels. Quality of the drawn parts will affect directly quality of the manufacture in subsequent processes. In the present paper, objective is set to be the drawing process of a complex panel component Process of the deformation in drawing of the complex component is studied by forming simulation and experimental measurement. The simulation of drawing process is realized. The measurement of edge contraction and distribution d the thickness in a tryout piece is carried out and compared with the simulation results. Reliability of the simulation results is discussed. The defects in forming process of the drawn component and their solutions are analyzed. The present research makes the results of simulation analysis more instructive to the Die tryout process. It provides the reliable support for further application of the analyzing software.
