摘要
文章在分析覆盖件成形过程数值模拟的关键技术的基础上,采用数值模拟方法对瑞风商务车右托架零件的拉延成形过程及不同工艺参数对成形结果的影响进行了研究;针对模拟结果中工件出现的缺陷,提出了初步的工艺改进方案,为板材成形工艺设计和生产实践提供有效的理论指导。
The key technologies in sheet metal forming simulation of automobile panels are studied. The stamping process of Refine business vehicle＇s inner panels is investigated by numerical simulation. Influence of different technical parameters on the forming results is discussed. In order to control the disfigurements, the improving processes are proposed based on the simulation results. This study is valuable to the process design of sheet metal forming and practical production.
