摘要
冷轧薄钢板的拉延成型性能对汽车覆盖件成型工艺具有重要影响，快速、准确地测量冷轧薄钢板成型性能是对覆盖件成型工艺进行质量控制的前提条件。提出了普通材料试验机的板材成型性能测试专项功能技术升级方案，研制了汽车覆盖件用冷轧薄钢板拉延成型性能微机测试系统，该系统在天津市微型汽车厂和天津三峰客车有限公司的运行结果表明，效果良好。
Drawing forming property of cold rolled steel sheet has important effect upon the forming technology of motor vehicle body covering parts. Rapidly and accurately measuring the cold rolled steel sheet forming property is a pre-requisite condition of quality control for the forming technology. Technical upgrading plan of the special measuring and testing function of sheet stock forming property on common material testing machine has been proposed and drawing forming property microcumputer test system for motor vehicle body covering parts made of cold rolled steel sheet developed. Operation of the system in the Tianjing Minicar Plant and the Tianjing Sanfeng Bus Company ltd. cchieves a good result.
