摘要
建立了圆筒形件的有限元模型,利用CAE专业软件DYNAFORM,模拟得到该零件的成形极限图,分析了不同压边力和拉深筋设置情况下,圆筒形件在拉深过程中的成形性能。研究表明,拉深筋对板材的摩擦阻力和变形阻力有显著的影响。拉深筋的使用能有效控制局部变形,使零件变形趋于平衡,从而保证零件的顺利成形。
The FEM model of cylindracous part was set up. Using the professional software DYNAFORM and the method of numerical simulation, the forming limit diagram of the part was obtained.Under the condition of different Blank-Holder Force (BHF) and drawbead,the formittg performance of eytindraceous part in the process of stamping forming was analyzed. The results show that the drawbead has the remarkable influence on the friction drag and deformation drag of sheet metal The using of drawbead can control the Iotal deformation condition effectively ,enables the distortion of part to tend to the balance . Thus guarantees the port to be formed successfully.
