摘要
针对6061铝合金车身板材成形性能较差的难点,本文通过试验获得了6061铝合金板材的材料参数,并采用冲压仿真软件DYNAFORM以典型覆盖件(某型号轿车的顶盖)为例分析了铝合金顶盖在压力成形过程中的厚度变化、应力和应变分布,说明了6061铝合金板对于汽车顶盖的冲压成形具有良好的适应性。用Belytschko-Tsay薄壳单元的Barlat三参数模拟结果进一步验证了6061铝合金轿车复杂覆盖件数值模拟的有效性和可行性,其结果可为6061铝合金板材的冲压成形工艺的设计提供依据。
6061 aluminum alloy car body panel has a broad application prospect and the poor formability is one of the difficult points of its application.Based on the 6061 aluminum alloy plate as the research object,the material parameters are obtained through the tests,and the typical covering parts(top) of a model of car is adopted as an example by virtue of the stamping simulation software DYNAFORM to analyze the aluminum lid thickness change,stress and strain distributions during the pressure forming process.Simulation results prove the good adaptability of the aluminum alloy plate stamping on car roof.Results obtained also further verify the effectiveness of the numerical simulation on the complex aluminum alloy car cover element and feasibility,which provides scientific basis for the design of aluminum alloy sheet stamping process.
