摘要
核糖体DNA的内转录间隔区ITS序列包含被5.8S rDNA所分隔的ITS1和ITS2两个片段,在被子植物中,ITS序列的长度稳定且序列变异较快,可以提供丰富的信息位点,是被子植物鉴定中的重要分子标记。通过毛黄堇和石生黄堇的rDNA ITS序列测试对两个物种进行了鉴别,并对核rDNA ITS序列在药用植物种质资源鉴定中的应用进行了简要介绍。
The internal transcribed spacer (ITS) sequence of ribosomal DNA (rDNA) includes two sections ITS1 and ITS2 which were divided by 5.8S rDNA. In angiosperm, the ITS sequence has stable length and quick variation, which can provide abundant informative sites. Therefore the ITS sequence is an important molecular mark for identification of angiosperm. By respectively testing ITS sequence of rDNA of Corydalis tomentella and C. saxicola, these two species were identified. In the end, the application of ITS sequence of rDNA in identification of medicinal plants germplasm resources were briefly introduced.
