摘要
为建立食品中亚硝酸盐含量快速检测技术,采用化学显色反应的方法进行检测试纸的试制。以中速定性滤纸作为试纸用纸的材料,目视比色卡是选用1.6%对氨基苯磺酸溶液A和0.8%盐酸萘乙二胺溶液按体积比1∶1为显色剂,显色时间在2.5～5.5min,在20℃下真空干燥30min。将快速检测试纸法测定的结果与国家标准方法进行比较验证,结果表明,该方法具有成本低、操作简单、携带方便、误差较小等优点,能够满足半定量快速分析的要求。
In order to establish a rapid method for detecting the content of nitrite in food, the technique and parameter for processing test paper and visual colorimetric card were researched. Compared with the national standard method, the visual colorimetry with nitrite test paper has a series of features, such as low-cost, convenient-measuring, convenient-phore, and can be suitable for semi-quantitative analysis.
